How to install Windows Phone SDK 7.1 release candidate (RC)

After Microsoft released the Windows Phone 7.1 rc sdk, it was excited to download and install the SDK, But it prompted me that I had an error and could not install it:

You are prompted to uninstall the previously installed beta SDK:

So first uninstall Windows Phone SDK 7.1 beta and select uninstall/change:

Restart the computer after the uninstallation is completed.

Run vm_web2.exe,: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx? Displaylang = en & id = 27153. Disable all Visual Studio and simulator instances before running.

It takes about 10 minutes to complete the installation.

The Windows Phone SDK 7.1 RC contains go live authorization, a complete marketplace test package, and Microsoft advertising SDK for WP. The official version of Windows Phone SDK 7.1 will be released by the end of September to localize all supported languages.
