Finally, modify the startup file/etc/rc. d/rc. mysqld, change path/app/mysql/bin/mysqld_safe, and change path/app/mysql/var/web. add -- user = root -- default-character-set = gbk after pid/app/mysql/bin/mysqld_safe.
