Rehearsals are the foundation for success

In June 3, kowen one hundred PR was responsible for this project-based activity. The entire activity was under full control of the Project Manager. The event started at half past two P.M.. As one of the guests, the organizer asked me to be present at noon.

After arriving, I traveled around the venue. It was a little faster, from the host's lines to the speaker's speech order and speech content. All the ppt files will be integrated into one file, which will be played by Linda at the scene, while Tina will be responsible for the interaction with the guests on the stage, such as questionnaire collection and prize distribution based on the actual situation. In fact, each time I prepare for a speech, I will not only give a try for two or three times, but also "Play a movie" in my mind-I will go through the content and steps I want to talk about in my mind. I am not nervous about the audience. The only reason is that I am fully prepared in advance. However, this practice has the disadvantage that you can only focus on your own part. After learning about other people's content, the speaker can enhance interaction with the audience and connect with others based on their content. The connection and communication problems arising during this break-in were immediately resolved.

After the course was completed, it was lunch. With the help of the time before the opening of the course, we made a second trip and made adjustments to some details.

Multiple rehearsals are the basis for a good meeting. Repeated rehearsals can minimize risks and provide assurance for success.

Details, details, and details

Just like a team, a good employee looks no different from a general employee in terms of performance. They all have one head and two hands, and they are even comparable in terms of ability, but the real difference lies in the attention to details. This is also true for a good activity. All good activities focus more on details.

Materials-the data kits are packed before they arrive at the venue, and there is a dedicated person to take care of them, so that you can easily get them.

PPT, projector, and paging pen-this is a gun on the battlefield that needs to be checked repeatedly.

Seat number-Prepare the staff one hour in advance and prepare for reception at the site. Both guests and audience can find their location and settle down.

Snacks and drinks-this is definitely not a small one.

Prize-so that everyone can be motivated during the activity!
