Before you configure or adjust specific settings, follow these steps:
1, ensure that the WI–FI router's firmware is up to date.
2. If you are using a WI–FI base station, please refer to this article for information on how to update it.
3. Verify that all of the Wi-Fi devices you want to use support the settings recommended in this article.
4, if possible, please back up the current Wi-Fi router settings.
5, if necessary, please refer to the product documentation or manufacturer's website.
6. Ignore or remove Wi-Fi settings for the network in all devices connected to the Wi-Fi router. (This will prevent the device from attempting to connect to the network through the old configuration.) After you have completed applying the new settings, you will need to reconnect the devices to the network.
7. Configure all Wi-Fi base stations in the same network to the same settings. Failure to do so will cause connectivity and reliability issues. In the dual-frequency Wi-Fi base station, the two bands are configured to the same settings, except in the following cases.
8. For optimal performance, security, and reliability, use the following settings.
