Xftp is an sftp ftp file transmission software that securely transfers files between Windows pc and Unix/Linux.
When you use xftp to transfer files from Windows to Linux, you must first create an FTP site:
Name: enter a meaningful name;
HOST: Fill in the Linux IP address (the IP address query method is to enter ifconfig in Linux );
Protocol: Select SFTP;
Method: password. Enter the same user name and password as Linux;
Click OK-connect to display the Linux installation directory on the right side of the page.
So far, the new session is complete. You can transfer files from Windows to Linux and drag them over, and vice versa.
In the next use, open the required dialog directly.
When files can be transferred from Windows to Linux, do not decompress the package and send it to Linux.
A file in Linux has a problem. If you need to modify the file, you can upload it to Windows for modification and copy it back.
(Note: In a computer, you can use Notepad ++ to open a file .)
