Import TXT text documents to SQL Server

Import data in a fixed format from the TXT file to SQL Server.

Bulk Insert Table Name From ' C: \ your local file. txt ' With (Fieldterminator = ' What symbols are used to split data? ' , Rowterminator = ' End with \ n ' ) -- \ N indicates the carriage return symbol, which is the symbol before the carriage return. If there is no symbol, the single quotation mark \ n is used.

Bulk Insert # Temp From ' C: \ test.txt ' With (Fieldterminator = ' , ' , Rowterminator = ' \ N ' )
-- #Tempis the table name, test.txt, fieldterminator = 'in the C drive,' each data is separated by a comma, and rowterminator = '\ n' each line of data ends with a carriage return.
