importing Excel into SQL Server can only import numbers, other data becomes null how to resolve?

Create a new TXT file and paste the data in

Create a new Excel file, select data from the menu bar and then select from Text

Find the TXT file, click Import

Be sure to select text

Click Finish and click OK.

Next, import it into the database

Open SQL Server Management Studio

Right-click the task on the database name that needs to import the data, select Import Date

Click Next

Data Soure Select Microsoft Excel

File path to select your Excel files

Click Next

Authentication select Use SQL Server Authentication

Fill in your username and password, then select Next until Finish

Insert data into the target table

Insert into table name (column name) Select column name the table that was built when you imported Excel where condition (there is no where)
