Install Activemq__linux on Linux

1. Create a new folder Activemq
Mkdir/server

2. Authorization
chmod 777/server

3. Download ACTIVEMQ installation package, copy to/ACTIVEMQ directory
apache-activemq-5.6.0-bin.tar.gz, download Address http://activemq.apache.org/download.html

4. Extract files to run directory/activeserver
Tar-xzvf/server/apache-activemq-5.6.0-bin.tar.gz

5. Modify the permissions of the ACTIVEMQ run files
Cd/server/apache-activemq-5.6.2/bin
chmod 755 ACTIVEMQ
Run./activemq

6. Run
Three modes of operation:
(1) Normal boot./activemq start
(2) Start and specify the log file./activemq start >tmp/smlog
(3) Background startup mode nohup./activemq start >/tmp/smlog
The first two methods cause the process to exit when the command line window closes or CTRL + C, and you can avoid this by using a background startup method

7. The inspection has been started
ACTIVEMQ uses port 61616 to provide the JMS service, uses port 8161 to provide the management console service, and executes the following command to verify that the ACTIVEMQ service has been successfully started.
Open port: Nc-lp 61616 &
See which ports are open NETSTAT-ANP
To see if Port 61616 is open: Netstat-an | grep 61616
Check to see if it has started:
(1). View the console output or log file
(2). Direct access to ACTIVEMQ Admin page: http://localhost:8161/admin/

8. Close
If the opening mode is using (1) or (2), direct CTRL + C or close the corresponding terminal
If the open mode is (3), then a little bit of trouble:
First find the ACTIVEMQ corresponding process:
Ps-ef | grep ACTIVEMQ
Then kill the corresponding process, assuming the process number 168168 is found
Kill 168168
