Install PostgreSQL and create a geographical database

3. Database directory settings page
In this step, you can select the path where your PostgreSQL data is stored. The default storage path is C: \ Program Files \ PostgreSQL \ 9.2 \ data.



4. Click Next to enter the password filling page.

5. Click Next. The installation wizard requires you to enter the port number of the Service listener.
Like UNIX, the default port is 5432. You can also set any port you want to use.

7. Set the region of the new database

Select an appropriate region and click Next. The Wizard icon will start to install the database. Click Next. If no error occurs, the installation process is complete.

8. Install PostgreSQL programs and tools to the Start Menu
