1. install and configure unixODBC

Note: by default, unixodbc is installed in the operating system. The installation steps are ignored.

Download unixODBC

Install unixODBC

# Tar xzvf unixODBC-2.3.4.tar.gz

# Cd unixODBC-2.3.4

#./Configure -- prefix =/opt/odb/uodbc -- disable-gui -- enable-threads -- disable-drivers

# Make

# Make install

Note: -- prefix indicates the specified installation location, for example,/opt/odb/uodbc.

Configure related environment variables (example ):

# Vi/etc/profile

------------------

Export ODBCHOME =/opt/odb/uodbc

Export ODBCSYSINI =$ {ODBCHOME}/etc

Export ODBCINI =$ {ODBCSYSINI}/odbc. ini

Export LD_LIBRARY_PATH =$ {ODBCHOME}/lib

------------------

# Source/etc/profile
