Installation and configuration of Jira under Linux

First, the environment and preparation for the need.
Os:centos 6.5
Jdk:java 1.8
Database: MySQL 5.6
JIRA software:7.10.1
The required installation package is shown in the attachment.
Ii. installation of JDK 1.8
1, switch to the root user.
2. Create Java in the USR directory
3. Copy the jdk-8u171-linux-x64.tar.gz to this directory
4, TAR-ZXVF jdk-8u171-linux-x64.tar.gz extract to get folder jdk1.8.0_171
5, edit the configuration file, Vim/etc/profile, add at last
java_home=/usr/java/jdk1.8.0_171
Classpath= $JAVA _home/lib/
Path= $PATH: $JAVA _home/bin
Export PATH java_home CLASSPATH
6. Check version java-version

Third, install MySQL 5.6
1. Uninstall your own version of MySQL
Find and sing MySQL-related files
Find/-name Mysql|xargs RM-RF
2, switch to/usr/local/directory, upload mysql-5.6.30-linux-glibc2.5-x86_64.tar.gz file
3, unzip the file to get mysql-5.6.30-linux-glibc2.5-x86_64 renamed to MySQL, and delete the compressed package
MV Mysql-5.6.30-linux-glibc2.5-x86_64/mysql
Rm-f mysql-5.6.30-linux-glibc2.5-x86_64.tar.gz
4. See if there are MySQL user groups and users
Groups MySQL
If it is not, add
Groupadd MySQL
Useradd-r-G MySQL MySQL
Check Again

5. Access to MySQL directory for permission changes
Chown-r Mysql:mysql./
6. Execute the installation script.
./scripts/mysql_install_db--user=mysql
7, after installation, modify the current directory owner is the root user, modify the data directory owner is MySQL
Chown-r Root:root./
Chown-r Mysql:mysql Data
8. Start the database
./support-files/mysql.server Start
9. Change the database password
./bin/mysqladmin-u root-h localhost.localdomain password ' root '
10. Login Database
./bin/mysql-h127.0.0.1-uroot-proot
11. Create a Jira database
Create DATABASE Jira default character set UTF8 collate utf8_bin;
Grant all on jira.* to ' [email protected] '% ' identified by ' jirapasswd ';
Iv. installation of Jira one (service configuration)
1, upload the installation package atlassian-jira-software-7.10.1.tar.gz to/usr/local/, and unzip
2, Configuration Jira_home
Mkdir/opt/jira
VI ~/.bash_profile
Last line of file add export Jira_home=/opt/jira
Also enter the following command at the terminal
Export Jira_home=/opt/jira
3. Install MySQL driver com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
Upload mysql-connector-java-5.1.46.tar.gz, and unzip, will unzip the resulting Mysql-connector-java-5.1.46-bin.jar
Copy to the/usr/local/atlassian-jira-7.10.1/atlassian-jira/web-inf/lib directory
4. Start Jira
Cd/usr/local/atlassian-jira-7.10.1/bin
./start-jira.sh
V. Installation of Jira II (Web configuration)
1. Access to 127.0.0.1:8080 (intranet IP is used outside the office)
2, change the language settings, select the second item
3, connect the database, choose to use their own database
Database type select MySQL, Port 3306, database Jira, username and password refer to the previous article, or use the root account directly
4. Set Jira name, select Enable Mode
5. Enter the registration code
