IntelliJ IDEA2017.3 Configuration Java SDK

The Java JRE is not installed with idea, so configure it. Otherwise it will be an error.

Cannot start compiler:the SDK is isn't specified for the model "* *". Specify the SDK at Project Structure dialog. Solution: Configure SDKs in Project structure, and then set the Module SDK in modules to the SDK you just configured.

1. In the idea's menu bar, select File, Project Structure,

2. Bounce out of the dialog box to the left of a SDKs click it, in the middle of a column with a + number click it, a click will appear add New SDK and then select the first JDK;

3. Navigate to the JDK installation path, which is the path to the environment variable java_home, and then click: Apply after the click OK

4. Select File, Project Structure, Modules in the menu bar of idea

5. Select the Dependencies box in the right box to find the module SDK, click on the dropdown box will appear just configure the JDK name click on the configuration of that.
