When the image is uploaded larger than kB, Internalservererror occurs. if the php image is uploaded larger than KB, an error occurs.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Is the display_errors option in php. ini enabled?
A specific Error must be displayed first. only the "Internal Server Error" cannot be seen.
