I think there are a lot of pitfalls encountered during the interview, and there are still many new things, and I have learned a lot, that is, I haven't found a satisfactory job yet. Ah !! Okay. Let's talk about my interview experience.

On the first day, I sent a notice to the interview after I submitted two copies. I was very excited. So I made sufficient preparations when I went to the interview, and the interview location was not far away, it's about half an hour. I went out early in the morning and went out early. after breakfast, I adjusted my mood and arrived at the company in advance. When I first arrived at the company, the lady at the front desk was very kind and pleasant. The next interview was a bit disappointing. As soon as the interviewer sat down, I didn't need to introduce myself to anything. I directly asked if I had any work experience, will it be like front-end layout? (to be honest, I prefer back-end development. Front-end js, jq, and esayui are also okay. I used to cut the slice and publish it) therefore, I am very confident in the interviewer. As a result, he asked me less than 10 minutes during the entire interview, even if I wanted to know some of the company's situations, directly say "wait for notification "..... okay, I can accept this.

When I arrived at another company in the afternoon, I first filled out an interview question. This was the one that came and went, and there were other logic problems. It was not hard and easy. After I handed in the questions, I waited for an hour to ask for an interview (no way, people had to bow their heads under the eaves). After going into the interview, the interviewer was very serious, I have been asking technical questions and project experience all the time. Fortunately, I can answer questions and feel good about myself. Then I asked, I thought about the development direction of the company, people say that some of the companies that took over the past six months were used. net Development (a faint disappointment, thought: "How can old projects not be re-developed "). In fact, the project for studying asp is a bit uninteresting, but it is acceptable. Then I asked about the number of people in the team. I was surprised by the answer. The interviewer said, "I used to have six people. Now I have basically left. I just recruited a front-end beautification person last week. At this stage, I am recruiting people, the entire team also works together. When I hear this, I feel that this company has no potential for development. Okay, let's wait for a notification.

The next day, I received a review from two companies. The first company directly asked me to go to the review in the afternoon. The second company called "Go to work" and said that the salary for the trial period was 3800 Yuan, and the amount after the probation was 4500 yuan, next, people said they had to pay after the "trial period" for two months. I went there. What's the rule? I asked, and they said that there were other programmers in the company who had been on duty before, it takes only one month and a half months to complete. I can't believe this. What have I proved with this behavior by my predecessors? Well, I thought I 'd better forget it. I felt that I had no room for development, So I declined it. In the afternoon, another company went to the review, which is also a pitfall. The review was conducted by the last interviewer and the company boss, who did not ask anything, I will ask you when you can come to work ...... okay, I am always there. Then I asked about my salary. The boss vaguely said that the trial period was about 2000 or more, or I had to take a single break (by the way, it would be too bad). The worst thing was that I had to try for half a year, I went here. You need to work for the people... You don't have to think about it.

In this way, the first two copies will be no longer used. Ah, I started to have a fever on the next day. I went there and it was so bad that I burned for a week. This wastes some days.

I made a new investment in the last week, most of which were based on the geographical proximity. I went to the interview for four or five times, all of which were rejected due to inconsistent treatment or development direction, A little worry at this time .......

Today, we also have two interviews. In the morning, we went to the designated location. When we got there, we were a little lost. The company looked like a factory, and the facade was still a big tie, however, I don't care about this when I come here. After I go in for an interview, I am interviewed by the Personnel Department. I don't know the technology. I asked some basic information, and then I took a question, I got a three-page question, 50 questions .... although it's all basic, it's too much... it's hard to fill it out. After you get it, someone will ask me to wait. Okay, just have a cup of water and wait and check out the technical department. Who knows the answer to my questions .... I was wondering, but later I came back and asked me to look forward to salary and so on. Then I said that the company provided accommodation. I thought that the company was very considerate for its employees, but I lived with my girlfriend, it is inconvenient to stay in the company. Who knows what people say they want employees to live in the company? When I go, I say this accommodation is mandatory? People say that it is easy for employees to run away. Oh, my God, are you a pyramid scheme or a company offending someone who is afraid of endangering employees ..... well, it's a pitfall company. Even if you haven't talked about any technical issues, you may be afraid of these strange and strange things. At that time, I was really worried that it was a pyramid sales organization, but I still leave the company safely. How can I feel at ease? Although I was notified of my departure at, I still did not dare to go. After all, mandatory companies cannot accept it.

Okay, I went to another company for an interview in the afternoon. I was confident that some people gave me some questions during the interview. I went there, but they all had data structure questions. I had to study these questions at school, I have very little contact with the work coming out in the future. I also said that I had finished the test in half an hour. Well, I am not sure I have heard of the test, but I have finished it. Okay, this doesn't blame the company. After all, after work, the data structure is weakened. As soon as the interviewer came in, after seeing my questions, he first said, "Your foundation is a little poor." I went. After hearing this, I was a little ashamed. What was I said for the first time, after all, I have no advantage in this area. I am also embarrassed to say something. Then the next interview will be strange. The interviewer asked me questions I did not fill out when I saw what I did, the more I answer this question, the more I feel guilty. The interviewer still says, "Your foundation is too weak." I can only say modestly. "Yes, sorry, my data structure has indeed weakened a lot. "Later, the interviewer asked me to write an algorithm question on the blackboard using c. well, I still haven't forgotten the syntax structure of c, I wrote it once. After writing it, the interviewer saw it and did not say anything (it is estimated that this question should have been over). Then I asked some questions. net technology, also asked me to look forward to salary, I saw the previous data structure to answer this, I am also embarrassed to say that it is too high, it was reported a 3000 (in fact, really do not want this price, sorry, I'm sorry to say other prices.) People also say that they should go back and wait for notifications. When they leave, they emphasize that "your foundation is still necessary to go back and strengthen". I can go back here. "Yes, okay, thank you! ".

After leaving the company, I was lost. After all, why did people say that the Foundation was poor for the first time. I may have been developing. net, but I have never been involved in some very rigorous algorithms, and I am deeply self-blaming myself. However, I learned a lot during the interview, and I will make up for it after I go back.

There will be other interviews tomorrow, and I will be back at night, so I have to strengthen my understanding of the data structure book.

This is my interview experience. It's almost half a month now and I haven't found a suitable job yet. Is it because I have a high requirement or a poor foundation. I always feel that the time is not good, but it is useless to blame others. It is still the reason for the bad mentality. I can only find it. It is better to bless the company with a little less.
