I went to the Baidu frontend for an interview today. no matter what the results are, I should first record it as my own experience.
It was originally an interview at. as a result, I arrived at, but the interviewer received me at. this gave me a strong impression, A lot of companies don't even get to you when they don't have time...
The interview area is in the tea room of Baidu. the coffee-style layout is quite relaxed (my heart is still a little uneasy), and there are also a few seats nearby for discussion, it seems that a good company pays great attention to the bad work environment.
The examiner who gave me an interview may not be able to see his age on the surface. it should be 28-29. at first glance, it looks a bit like my brother... this makes me feel like it. is this a chance that God has given me? Well, there's a little bit of narcissism.
The examiner will sit on your side. at the beginning, there will be some pressure. the examiner asked me to introduce myself, and told me how to introduce my university study and experience. at that time, I cried. university... I am a specialist, I have not learned well in professional courses, and I am naughty every day .... (N words are omitted later). I tried my best to say that I was not good at university, and I was not specialized in computer science. later I got my job skills. afterwards, balabala talked about the work of several companies.
"Do you want to talk about your professional courses in college? For example, high numbers or something? "The examiner asked.
Get ~ This guy, I would like to go back to college. Ah, it's useless to regret it now. tell the truth, but I also thought about the examiner's intention, he may want to know my accomplishments in algorithm. after all, is it true that the computer is full of mathematics? looking at people, people, not only your work experience, but also your development prospects, I admire him for a moment.
Afterwards, the examiner asked me a few key points in my work experience. First of all, he knew the reason why I left my company and what I did, I asked some of the technologies that I used. the technology is just a little too long and I didn't ask much. However, I was very impressed by one of his questions, he asked you how much you felt in the company was worth. this question certainly varies from person to person. I reported my actual situation and didn't blow some cows or anything.
Afterwards, the examiner asked me about my ability to solve problems at work. I felt that he also valued this.
Because I am the front-end of the interview, the examiner asked me what I think is the composition of the front-end, and will ask you based on your answers about your proficiency in the components. although I have a general front-end technology, I felt quite comfortable at the time, because he was not asking, and you were answering questions, it felt like he was guiding you, I will try my best to explain what you know, and then I will add some information to you on some of your confused knowledge points.
Then I asked if I knew some new front-end technologies or materials. I did not answer this question. In fact, my personal focus on the front-end is very small (younger brother, I have to make up for some advanced college network knowledge !! Who makes my college hard to learn)
It took about 40 minutes to guide you through your work experience. a good examiner can guide you through what you can't talk about during interviews and give some advice, what impressed me most was that I said: You know me some things, but I don't know what the problem is, but I can get it out again when I work. he gave me an analysis and said: You are not a problem with interview skills. you may have done it once, twice, or five times, but you have not done it 500 times, the problem lies in work experience. well, the interview is also a learning place.
Finally, I asked me some basic things, such as asking me not much about page design, and asking me some CSS knowledge, how can I center a block-level element with a style and hide an element? None of them are very complicated (I am ashamed to say that I have not answered very well. it is clear that all these things have been done and experience problems !!)
Of course, I also talked about some private topics.
Finally, the examiner asked me if I knew anything. I asked a very unconstructive question! Is our company flexible? I really don't know what to ask. after that, the examiner told me about my work time and introduced the technical echelon. what I said was an embarrassment!
Then we will politely separate them.
