According to foreign media reports, a website named ACB Cases has just published a blog post saying that iOS 7 has a huge security risk. Users can bypass the lock screen password through Siri voice assistant, allows you to view Facebook, call, and send text messages.
ACB Cases is a website that makes and sells Apple products and accessories. The founder of ACB Cases, Aaron Barber, said in this article, he found this security vulnerability when viewing the new features of iOS 7. You only need to press the Home key to start the Siri voice assistant without entering the screen Lock password. Next, the user can update Facebook, call, and send text messages directly through Siri, without entering the lock screen password.
Alan is not sure whether this is due to firmware reasons. He stressed that this problem only affects users who upgrade the iPhone 5 or earlier to iOS 7. In addition, some people in this article said that this is not a special problem for iOS 7, and earlier versions also have similar risks, however, you can disable Siri from being called out on the screen lock page.
