Today, I installed the Oracle server side on my personal machine. Strangely enough, local access is normal, and other machines within the LAN are inaccessible. After a search on the internet for a night, finally solved. The solution is now shared with you. Sharing is also a virtue.
1: First of all, ensure that all components are installed normally, such as the server's listeners and the various configuration of the client.
2: Because of the firewall problem, even if the above configuration is not a problem, in the LAN can not access. Needs to be configured on the server side
★ Create a new string value on the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE/HOME0
Use_shared_socket=true
★ Set the exception of 1521 ports inside the firewall
★ Reboot the Listener service and the Oracle instance service.
After the above operation will be able to access the normal. Detailed instructions can be found in the following connection
