Parameters

• Key--This is the name of the system property.

• Value--is the values of the system properties.

return value

This method returns the value before the system property, or null if it does not have one.

Abnormal

• SecurityException--If the security manager exists and its Checkpermission method does not allow the setting of the specified property.

• NullPointerException--If the key or value is null.

• IllegalArgumentException--If the key is empty.
