To download the JCE package with the corresponding version of JDK or JRE, the JDK currently requires the machine to be 1.8, so download jce_policy-8.zip.

After downloading the extract, upload the jar file to the security directory where you need to install the JDK or JRE on the JCE machine, overwriting the source file.
JDK: Two jar files are also placed under%jdk_home%\jre\lib\security
JRE: Place two jar files under%jre_home%\lib\security
Before overwriting, remember to back up the source files just in case.
