Linux Command-lynx

The lynx command is a plain text Web browser that does not support multimedia information such as graphics, audio, and video.

Lynx Syntax:
Lynx [options] [file]

Options: options
-Case: case sensitive when searching strings;
-Ftp: Disable the ftp function;
-Nobrowse: Disable directory browsing;
-Nocolor: Disable the color display mode;
-Reload: updates the proxy server cache, which is only valid for the homepage;
-Help: displays Command help information;
-Version: displays the command version.
Use the lynx-help command to view more options
The configuration in options only applies to the current session. To keep working, you need to modify the lynx. cfg file in the installation directory.

File:
URL of the website to be accessed

Example:

$ Lynx www.baidu.com # access Baidu without adding any options www.baidu.com cookie: BDSVRTM = 0 Allow? (Y/N/Always/neVer) # after entering, you will be asked to load the cookie




$ Lynx-nocolor www.baidu.com # added the option to disable color mode to access Baidu




Lynx internal operation command:
Move command
Direction key: Next link on the page (highlighted)
Direction key: Next link on the page (highlighted)
Direction key left: Back to the previous page
Right: Jump to the address pointed to by the Link (the same is true for the Return key)

Scroll command
+ Page-Down, Space, Ctrl + f: Page flip
-Page-up, B, Ctrl + B: page flip
Ctrl + a: move to the front of the current page
Ctrl + e: Move to the end of the current page

Other operation commands

?, H: Help. A: add the current link to a bookmarks. C: send comments or suggestions to the page owner. D: Download the current link. E: edit the current file. G: jump to a URL or file specified by the user. G: edit the URL of the current page and jump to this URL. I: displays the document index. J: run the pre-defined "short" command. K: displays the keyboard command list. L: list the addresses of all links on the current page. M: return to the home page. O: Set options. P: output the current page to the file, e-mail, printer, or other places. Q: exit. /: Search for strings on the current page. S: Search for input strings externally. N: Search for the next one. V: view a bookmarks. V: Jump to the accessed address. X: no cache is used. Z: stops the current transmission. [Backspace]: Jump to the history page (same as the V command ). =: Displays information on the current page. : View the source code of the current page. ! : Return to the shell prompt. _: Clear all authorization information for the current task. *: Switches the image link mode. @: Switch between 8-bit transmission mode and CJK mode. [: Switch switch in pseudo _ inlines mode. ]: Sends a "HEAD" request to the current page or link. Ctrl + r: reinstall the current page and refresh the screen. Ctrl + w: refresh the screen. Ctrl + u: Delete the input row. Ctrl + g: Cancel input or transfer. Ctrl + t: Switch the tracking mode. ;: View the tracing record of Lynx for the current task. Ctrl + k: Call the Cookie Jar page. Number key: the nth link to the end.
