1. Boot in the Grub screen that appears, press the E key as shown:


2. Use the up and down keys to select the second item (may not be the same), then press the E key to edit, enter a space single press ENTER, the result is as follows:


3. Be taken back to the edit mode screen (as shown)


4. Select the row again and press the B key, and GRUB will boot into single-user Linux mode. After loading, you will face a shell prompt similar to the following:
sh-2.05#
Now change the root command, type the following command (as shown):
sh-2.05# passwd Root


5. You will then be asked to enter a new password. After the end, the password will be changed. Then type reboot to reboot.


This will be OK.
