#grub-md5-crypt generate an encrypted password

Then in the/etc/grub.conf file,

Title CentOS (2.6.10-???)

Add 2 rows to the next line

Password--md5 a normal password.

Lock


2) Use Vlock Lock terminal (temporary lock)

#yum-y Install Vlock

Input Vlock can lock the terminal


3) To raise awareness of prevention, prevent internal staff, avoid the cost of hard disk, waste paper by the people with ulterior motives to use the leak password or information.
