-D Enable the contrast function, when the monitoring state changes, will indicate the location of the change
-H Output The help information above
-N Set refresh time, default is 2 seconds, can be set to 0.5 seconds and so on time
-V Displays the version number of this watch
-T suppress cue headers for watch software
