Linux Kernel is the Kernel of the Linux operating system.
In versions earlier than Linux kernel 4.5, fs/pipe. c does not limit the amount of unread data in pipe, and a security vulnerability exists. By creating many pipe of any size, local users can cause denial of service (memory depletion ).
