CentOS Installation Axel:

Currently there is no Axel on the Yum source, we can download the RPM package installation to http://pkgs.repoforge.org/axel/.

32-bit CentOS execute the following command:

Wget-c http://pkgs.repoforge.org/axel/axel-2.4-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm
RPM-IVH axel-2.4-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm

64-bit CentOS execute the following command:

Wget-c http://pkgs.repoforge.org/axel/axel-2.4-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
RPM-IVH axel-2.4-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm

   Axel parameter file

   Optional Parameters:

   -n Specifies the number of threads
   -O Specify Save as Directory
   -s Specifies the maximum number of bits per second
   -Q Silent Mode

   If the download LNMP installation package Specifies 9 threads, save to/tmp/:axel-n 9 http://soft.vpser.net/lnmp/lnmp0.9-full.tar.gz
