First through the physical terminal into Linux, manually check SSH discovery is not running
/ETC/INIT.D/SSHD status
SSHD is stopped
Manually start the service and discover that report permissions are incorrect.
/etc/init.d/sshd start
Starting SSHD:/VAR/EMPTY/SSHD must is owned by root and not group or world-writable.
[FAILED]
Use the RPM-V command to check that the package to SSH is OK, but the owner of a directory is a master error.
Rpm-v Openssh-server
S.5 ... c/etc/ssh/sshd_config
..... U../var/empty/sshd
Check that the owner of this directory is not root, so start ssh error
Ls-ld/var/empty/sshd/
D--x--x--x 2 vu00106 Root 2 2005/var/empty/sshd/
Change to root owner, start successful
Chown root/var/empty/sshd/
/etc/init.d/sshd start
Starting sshd: [OK]
