Vsftpd_ Local User mode
Relatively anonymous, local users are more secure
To modify a configuration file:
[Email protected] ~]# vim/etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf anonymous_enable=NO local_enable= Yes local_umask=022 write_enable=Yes userlist_deny=Yes userlist_enable=Yes chroot_local_user=Yes allow_writeable_chroot= YES

To create a user:

Restart Service:
[Email protected] ~]# systemctl restart VSFTPD
