Mac System Update JAVA version __java

Only one JRE can is installed at a time. The system would notinstall a JRE that has a lower version than the current version. Ifyou wish to install a lower version of the JRE.
Installing a JRE from Oracle would notupdate java-version symlinks or add Javato your path. To is able to does this, your need to install the JDK.


The installation of JRE 1.7.0 is useless, you must install JDK 1.7.0 again ....

Open Terminal input

cd/system/library/frameworks/javavm.framework/versions/



Find the version number is still the old version, so you must remove the old, create a new one.
RM currentjdk


And then
Ln-s/LIBRARY/JAVA/JAVAVIRTUALMACHINES/JDK1.7.0_21.JDK/CONTENTS/CURRENTJDK



Then check the version number ~ Success ~
