Mail attachment filtering system based on SendMail and Perl (4)

The filtering rule above means deleting the message with the extension listed above and notifying the sender that the message was deleted and receiving all other messages. I also change the/usr/local/bin/mimedefang.pl file so that I don't keep the mail attachment in the/var/spool/mimedefang directory, which has a detailed explanation, please edit the file to remove the portion of the deleted message attachment on the hard drive.

F. Start the system and test

Simply copy the example directory for Redhat Redhat-sendmail-init-script to/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail and change the SendMail startup section into

/usr/sbin/sendmail-l sm-mta-bd-q30m
/usr/sbin/sendmail-l sm-msp-queue-ac-q30m

If your mail server needs to handle thousands of emails a day, consider copying another script Redhat-sendmail-init-script-with-multiplexor to/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail to speed up processing.

Finally, start with/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail start SendMail, send the attachment with the. exe to test.
