Manually go to thunder ads to accelerate the start of thunder

Tested for thunder5.8.3.541

 

1. Open the thunder installation directory X:/program files/thunder Network/thunder

 

2: Go to the "program" subdirectory, use NotePad to open the "adhistory. xml" file under the directory, and delete and save all the content. Right-click the "adhistory. xml" file and select "properties". In the displayed dialog box, select the "read-only" attribute and click "Apply" and save.

 

3: Open the "adtask. xml" file in the same directory, delete all the content, and save it. Right-click the "adtask. xml" file and select "properties". In the displayed dialog box, select the "read-only" attribute, and click "Apply" and "save.

 

4: delete all files in the "ad" subdirectory under the "program" directory.

 

5: Go to the "components" sub-directory and delete the "p4pclient" sub-directory. In this way, the Resource Information bar becomes blank.

 

6: Delete the "Search" sub-directory to remove the search bar.

 

7: Open the "program" folder and find "Gui. cfg "file, right-click it and choose notepad to open it. Find the four characters starting with" adserver = "," pvserver = "," adcountingserver = "and homepage =", respectively, delete all URLs after "=", save the file, right-click the modified file, and select attribute-read-only.

 

8: Open the "profiles" folder under the thunder installation directory and double-click "userconfig. ini "file to open a text file. press Ctrl + F to open the "Search" dialog box, enter "[splitter_1]", and click "find next" to locate the keyword, under "[splitter_1]", find "pane‑hide = 0" and change 0 to 1, which is "pane‑hide = 1 ".

 

9: Start thunder, click the configuration-Advanced tab, clear the select box for "show thunder information", and click "OK" to disable automatic pop-up of the "Thunder information" window.

 

10: Delete the community interaction. Find the Community subdirectory under the components-directory, find the xlcommunity. dll file, and open it with notepad;
Search for the website "website.

 

Now, all the ads of Thunder are gone.
