The system is Windows 8 x64
It uses the WAMP integration package, PHP version 5.5.12, TS
The downloaded dllis the php_memcache-3.0.8-5.5-ts-vc11-x64.zip file downloaded on the pecl.
Copy to the extension directory and modify php. ini. After Apache is restarted, the system still prompts that no extension is installed.

Today, I changed my environment to php5.4 and found that I could not install it. later I checked the information and found that I had modified php. this step loaded by ini using the extension command is php. ini: C: \ wamp \ bin \ apache \ apache2.2.22 \ bin \ php. ini is not the ini php.5.5.12 in php. I have not tried it. if not, try it.
