Memcached vs MySQL Memory engine table speed comparison
Performance compare:
Tim http://hi.baidu.com/jabber/blog/category/Memcached
Memcached 1.2.0 MySQL 5.0.26 with MEMORY (heap) engine
Number of records: 0.5 million ~ 1 million
Single-host, client access from another machine Data: about KB
Memcachedset/get 15,000/s MySQL memory table: insert/select 5,000/s
Conclusion: The memcached read/write speed is about three times faster than mysql memory table.
Advantages: MySQL: Suitable for querying cache data using the Select condition. MemCached: You can set exptime (time-out period) without managing it yourself. |

Memcache can set/get up to 15000 data records per second! I use the php function to get first, and then replace according to the matching degree. There are only about 40 entries per second. The larger the value of a single key, is the longer the replace time? I used only one key and searched it using the php method. Does this affect performance?

It should not be a problem for php to reach thousands. I have discussed the server performance above. Assuming that the client performance is optimized, the above results are obtained by testing with two similar java clients called. If your data is too different from this, it indicates that your client program has problems or needs to be adjusted. |

I tested php with a maximum efficiency of 30000 rps :) |
