AIR for iOS
The following are typical steps to develop an AIR application for iOS:
Install iTunes.
Generate the required developer file and ID on the Apple iOS Provisioning Portal. These projects include:
When creating a supply configuration file, you must list the IDs of any test devices you plan to install the application.
Convert the development certificate and private key to the P12 keystore file.
Write the codes of the application program ActionScript or MXML.
Compile the application using the ActionScript or MXML compiler.
Create an application's icon image and initial screen image.
Create an application Descriptor (using a namespace of version 2.6 or later ).
Use ADT to package IPA files.
Use iTunes to place your supplied configuration file on your test device.
Install and test applications on your iOS device. You can use iTunes to install the IPA file.
Once your AIR application is complete, you can use the Distribution Certificate and supply configuration file to re-package it. Then, you can submit it to the Apple application library.
