1. Installing the MongoDB Database
MongoDB Official website: https://www.mongodb.org
After installation, the following steps are played:
The first step: Planning your installation directory and database file storage path, I intend to place MONGO program Files C:\mongodb
, place the database file in D:\Mongodb.
Step two: Put the downloaded file to C:\mongodb
Step three: Create the MONGO log directory and configuration file cmd-> MD C:\mongodb\log
//This is to create a mongod.cfg file under the C:\mongodb path using the command line and write to Logpath=c: \mongodb\log\mongo.log information; If you have trouble typing a command line, you can create a file and add text content;
echo Logpath=c:\mongodb\log\mongo.log > C:\mongodb\mongod.cfg
The fourth step: administrator run the following command:
window8.1 start the Administrator command Line window:
Open and enter the command:
c:\mongodb\bin> mongod.exe--config C:\mongodb\mongod.cfg--dbpath D:\Mongodb--install
Install the service and specify the default database directory
Fifth step: Start the service: net start MongoDB
Sixth step: see if the service is running:
