Nginx on mac cannot listen to port 80

I installed nginx with brew, modified the configuration file, and tested it as follows because apache on mac occupies port 80, I stopped apache first. Now port 80 has no program listening, and then I started nginxsudong.pdf. So the problem is, Why port 80 is not... I use BrewInstall nginx and modify the configuration file as follows:

Then the test is OK.

Because apache on mac occupies port 80, I will stop it first.

Now port 80 has no program listening

Then I start nginx Sudo nginxWhy is port 80 not monitored ......

MAC comes with APACHE and stops APACHE.
