The main idea of Ajax is to enable a Web page to send HTTP requests in the background (or asynchronously) without having to re-read the entire page (in the case of ASP. No round trip or postback is required). Ajax allows the use of JavaScript, Dom (Document Object model), CSS (cascading style sheets), and so on.

1.1Ajax Overview

1.1.1 Ajax Typical applications

1.2 Installing ASP. NET AJAX and Control packages

1.3 The composition principle of ASP.

ASP. NET AJAX generates some JavaScript code to initialize some parts of the AJAX framework.

The ScriptManager control must be placed on any page where you want to use ASP.

2. Running effect: If you click Button1, the entire page will be sent, you will get the code in the response, the back button will be green, if you click Button2, the page will be partially refreshed, the back button will not refresh, still gray.
