Workflow Management
Support Starting from FREECMS 2.2
Manage the workflows used in the system, such as the Information approval workflow.
1. Workflow Group Management
From the admin menu on the left, click Workflow Group Management to enter.
2. Add a workflow Group
Click the "Add" button below the workflow group list.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK" button.
3. Editing Workflow Groups
Select the workflow group you want to edit, and then click the Edit button.
Note: You can edit only one workflow group at a time.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK" button.
4. Delete a workflow group
Select the workflow group that you want to delete, and then click the Delete button.
Tip: You can delete multiple workflow groups at the same time.
In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the delete operation.
5. Workflow Management
From the left Management menu click Workflow Management to enter.
6. Add a workflow
Click the "Add" button below the workflow list.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK" button.
7. Editing workflows
Select the workflow you want to edit, and then click the Edit button.
Note: You can edit only one workflow at a time.

8. Delete a workflow
Select the workflow that you want to delete, and then click the Delete button.

9. Workflow Step Management
Each workflow can set up processing steps.
Select the workflow you want to edit, and then click the steps button.
10. Add a workflow step
Click the Add button below the list of workflow steps.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK" button.
11. Edit Workflow Steps
Select the workflow step you want to edit, and then click the Edit button.
Note: You can edit only one workflow step at a time.
After filling in the relevant properties, click "OK" button.
12. Delete a workflow step
Select the workflow step you want to delete, and then click the Delete button.
