Tip Error Line is

phpmkdir($this->path,0777,true);

Is it because my Apache executes PHP function mkdir () permissions are not enough, how should I modify?

Without security in mind, a simple and brutal answer is as Lucups says:

shellcd /path/to/your/webrootsudo chmod -R 777 your_dir

Consider security,
apache+php the default owner of the created folder is the webserver user (Apache),
Just change the site directory owner to Apache.

chown apache:apache -R your_dir

Set your web directory permissions.

cd /path/to/your/webrootsudo chmod -R 777 your_dir
