In Oracle, When you modify the table name, you encounter ORA-00054: the resource is busy, but specify to get the resource in NOWAIT mode, or timeout is invalid. Solve Oracle 11g to modify the table name:

Rename ASSETPORJECT to ASSETPROJECT;
