Keep your Oracle database away from corruption with Oracle health checks , and the vast Oracle database has built-in database health checks to diagnose physical and logical damage to the Oracle database.
The enterprise or individual database has the data dictionary, the block and the data file, you may find that runs very well, but does not know its corruption existence, then how to search for the error? When running the Oracle Health Check feature, as a DBA, you can decide whether to run with temporary or full response mode. There are two different kinds of checks:
1. Interim response Mode
When running in temporary response mode, you will see an Oracle alert warning that an error occurred while running the health check.
2. Complete reaction mode
Thorough health checks are performed using full reaction mode and can be tested and monitored for operations that run on online and existing databases, or on offline databases where there are multiple types of health checks that must only be run on an offline database for some health checks.
