The 1-6 records indicated above indicate the method of error resolution to be reported separately:

1. Check if the port number inside the $oracle_home/network/admin/listener.ora is correctly set to 1521;

2. Check the status of the listener: LSNRCTL status See if it starts normally

3. If the listener does not have a service to register ORCL this instance, you need to register it.
