Oracle database INSERT into aud$ causes high version problem ora-600[17059]

Last night a friend consulted me, his database (win2008 11.2.0.1) appeared a large number of ora-00600[17059], the following error, so that help analyze the reasons

Here, further diagnostics, resulting in a high version of SQL, are due to the aud$ table-related insert-time binding parameters (if required can be further analyzed for what causes the high version).
