Main documents:
Data files:
- Each data file is associated with only one database
- A table space can contain one or more data files
- A data file can belong to only one table space
- Data files are data that is used to store Chinese in a database
Log file:
- Redo log files: Used to log changes to the database, the user's transaction log when a routine or media recovery requires redo log files If there is no redo log file, the only way to recover is to recover from the last full backup
- Archive log files: All redo history can be preserved
