Auditing is the monitoring and recording of the data activity of the selected user. Audit operation types include logon attempts, object access, and database operations. The audit records include information such as the audited operation, the user who performed the operation, and the time of the operation.
1. Enable Audit
The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Enter Oracle's Enterprise Manager and select initialization parameters in the database configuration below the server.
(2) Click Initialization to enter the following initialization parameters interface
The interface has two options interfaces, current and SPFile, where the value of the parameter is currently displayed, and SPFile is modifying the parameter value.
(3) in the SPFile interface to find the Audit_trail parameter, which is the management audit, modify its value. Its range is: DB, True, False, none, OS, db_extended, XML, and extended. If the value of this parameter is TRUE or DB, the audit record is recorded in the sys.aud$ table, and if the parameter value is OS, an operating system file is written.
(4) Click the Apply button after the modification, and then restart the database.
2. Login Audit
The command to log in to the audit is as follows:
(1) Audit session: Open conversation audit
(2) Audit session whenever successful: Open successful operation Audit
(3) Audit session whenever not successful: Open failed operation audit
(4) Noaudit session: Ban Sessions audit
