Workaround:

Open app→ Account →product→11.1.0→db_1→network→admin
Locate the two files shown in Listener.ora Tnsnames.ora
8, click on the two files to make a change in the content (the last line of parentheses content)
9, this side need you first open your computer to find your computer name, and then select Copy
10. Change the host name in both folders of Listener.ora Tnsnames.ora to your computer name, and then reconnect after saving
11. If there is a "no listener" prompt message, here you need to re-start your Oracle two services to restart

13, found in the Start menu,Net Configuration Assistant
