3 password consists of letter + number, created successfully
Sql> ALTER user ICS identified by password123;
User changed.
4 password consists of number + letters, creation failed
Sql> ALTER user ICS identified by 1q2w3e;
ERROR at line 1:
ora-00922:missing or Invalid option
5 When a password consists of a number + password, double quotes must be added to succeed
Sql> ALTER user ICS identified by "1q2w3e";
User changed.
Sql> Conn ics/1q2w3e
