1. Export from Oracle database to excel file
Using Toad to connect to a database and access a table, I am selecting the table "Oa_user"
Right-click "Save as ..."

Please select "String Fields as Strings"
Choose a location for the file destination directory
Click "OK", will open an Excel file, the file is already exported data, click Save, Save this file.
2. Import some fields from an Excel file into the corresponding table in the Oracle database
Connect to the database you want to import
Database--->import---->table data opens the import window
Select the name of the table you want to import in object name
Click "Show Data"---> "Execute Wizard" to open the Import wizard
In the Import Wizard, select the Excel file type, and the next
In import from file, select the Excel file that you just exported, and next
Default, Next, default, next
Select the column corresponding to the database field, I am user_login_id corresponding to the C column, oa_login_id corresponding to column B, next
To confirm that the column has not been imported incorrectly, next
Click "Excecute" to finish execution.
