According to PCTools research, for network security, male do not beat female police. According to the study, 47% of male registered online banking and shopping websites use the same password, while women only account for 26%. Men do not care about email attachments. 60% of men admit that they will immediately open the attachments and will not bother to check whether they are normal. The proportion of women is 48%. However, PCTools also indicates that 85% of men can distinguish different security threats, such as dangerous email attachments, online horse attacks, or social network fraud. Nearly half of women do not know that social networks pose a threat.
Unfortunately, only 20% of men set their security software to auto-update, and the proportion of women is doubled. For threat warnings, 30% of male admit that they are "annoying ".
PC Tools reminds users to learn more about network threats and possible internet access risks. The security company also launched online Q & A to help users perform self-testing.
