Step 1:
Create a 800*800 black background file and use the SpaceBrush brush you just downloaded to draw some subtle suspended solids on the background, such

Use the Asteroids you just downloaded to add some flying stones to the stellar background: (adjust the size you think is appropriate)

By using a soft eraser, some parts of the new minor layer are deprecated as follows:

Create a new layer and repeat it to add more flying stones, as shown below:

Step 2:
We will start to draw a laser beam. First, create a new layer and draw a gray circle with the paint brush tool (adjust the feather value and transparency ):

Use a smaller brush to highlight the color and add another smaller circle to the position shown below:

Then use the free transform tool to distort this layer, as shown below:

Then drag the file again as follows:

Continue to stretch until a thin shape is formed, as shown in:

Step 3:
Copy this layer several times and place it in the appropriate place (size adjusted by yourself) to try to form a group, as shown in:

Merge all layers and add motion blur:

Reduce the opacity of the layer of the motion blur layer to about 40% to form this effect:

Step 4:
We will add some colors for this layer. Create a new layer and use the method described in step 2, but use blue, as shown in:

Changing the hybrid mode to "overlay" and repeating it several times has the following effect:

We almost finished it. Finally, we can add some image adjustment layers on it:

Adjust curve

Apply the following layer mask:
