Local encryption program testing no problem, mainly outside the network, an encryption restart Apache after the CPU is very high, no access to any URLs, if I delete the encrypted files, write a few PHP files, the CPU stable around 2%

The server has three sites, on this encryption, bar encrypted files after deletion, the server is running normally.
